Synopsis

RIPPED FROM THE HEADLINES -- On the heels of the Tail Hook scandal, a female Navy Lieutenant is murdered, her naked body left in the middle of a Navy officers' celebration. The many witnesses, most of them Navy personnel, claim to have seen nothing suspicious. Detectives and prosecutors soon uncover a coverup that reaches the highest ranks.
