Synopsis

RACIAL TENSIONS -- Detectives Logan (Chris Noth) and Cerreta (Paul Sorvino) confront racial hate when they investigate the assassination of an African-American political party leader at a Harlem rally. Witnesses agree that a white man holding a gun fled the auditorium, but no one saw him pull the trigger.
