Synopsis

SEARCH AND PROCEDURE -- When a man is stabbed in front of a coffee shop detectives are left with three witnesses: a drunk, a transvestite hooker and an elderly woman. The threesome cannot agree on details of the crime, but signs point to a local, delusional homeless man as the killer. While detectives investigate the homeless man's defense, Stone (Michael Moriarity) and Robinette (Richard Brooks) work on striking an unusual deal with the accused.
