Synopsis

MURDER OF POCKETBOOK SALESMAN HAS INTERNATIONAL IMPLICATIONS - When evidence in the murder of a store owner points toward his business partner's son (guest star Evan Handler, "It's Like, You Know..."), the suspect flees to Israel, claiming duel citizenship. A.D.A.s Jack McCoy (Sam Waterston) and Abbie Carmichael (Angie Harmon) learn that Israel's Law of Return prevents any resident citizen from being extradited for trial, but challenge whether the intent and letter of the law truly apply to this case.
