Dale starts up a new security company, but he faces stiff competition when Cotton comes to town. Grandpa Cotton comes to live with the family and plans to stay longer than he is actually welcome. Peggy and Hank decide to sign cotton up for Senior Day Care where the elderly get to indulge in juice boxes and nappy time, but Cotton is less than thrilled. He is rescued from senior hell by the local volunteer police who put him in charge of the neighborhood watch, competing with Dale's security services. Although Cotton takes his job a little too seriously, he solves the mystery of the disappearing Grapefruit Juice. When Cotton sniffs a whiff of cheap, greasy pomade, the culprit is clear. Kahn strikes again! Now that Kahn's crime has been revealed, Kahn is forced to build a privacy hedge between his bathroom and Hank's house. Finally Hank can eat his breakfast without the joy of seeing Kahn dance around in his birthday suit.
