Maureen Sullivan is a hot-to-trot MILF looking for her next sugar daddy. The only things slowing her down are her three kids: Tripp, Billy and Gretel... well, and the whole witnessing a brutal murder in the Las Vegas suite of her boyfriend and having to be relocated to Albuquerque thing.
Two months later, Mary gets word that Tripp has been ditching school and that Maureen and the two younger children are suddenly MIA. While Marshall works the phones, Mary rushes over to the Sullivan house only to find out that Maureen, Billy and Gretel were off on a weekend getaway-near Las Vegas-with her current male companion and didn't inform WITSEC of her plans. Clearly Mary has to explain one more time why Maureen needs to follow the rules.
Mary soon discovers that the reason behind Tripp's poor performance in school is because he's skipping out to pick up his mom's slack at home while she gallivants with her boyfriends-du-jour. Suddenly Mary finds herself in the all-too-familiar position of caring for kids who are not her own to make up for a delinquent mother's lack of attention. Can she help the Sullivan family get it right before it's too late?
Meanwhile, Jinx begs Brandi to go to an AA meeting on her behalf and get her card signed as proof of her attendance for the court hearing so Jinx can make her dentist appointment. When Brandi is called on to speak at the meeting, she gets up and poses as Jinx, telling her mother's story as if it were her own. Her tale piques the interest of Peter, the group leader. After the meeting, they sit in a nearby park for a heart-to-heart. The two seem to be connecting until Brandi admits that she isn't Jinx. Peter is offended by her making a mockery of the program that saved his life and walks away. To make matters worse, Brandi comes home to find Jinx drunk and not taking her situation seriously at all. Will Jinx ever admit that she has a drinking problem?
