Miley is excited when she asks for a raise on her allowance and her dad responds by giving her $5,000 in Hannah money and letting her open her own checking account. Because of the lessons she learned from her obsessive spending with her credit card (Debt it Be, Season 1), she uses self control and buys nothing. To make sure she can't buy anything she gives her check book to Lilly but she goes crazy when she sees a brand of makeup she wants to buy. Meanwhile Robby knows Jackson's missing phone is in the egg carton but lets Jackson go crazy to find it and make it to his party.
