Synopsis

Derek's wife Addison sticks around Seattle Grace to work on a high profile fetal surgery case. Joe, the friendly bartender across the street needs a major surgery, drumming up sympathy from everyone in the hospital including Alex. Izzie sees this softer side of Alex.
