Florrick/Agos comes under scrutiny when information only known to a select few at the firm is used in an attempt to bust drug dealer Lemond Bishop. As Alicia struggles to grasp the true source of the DEA's information, she is alerted to the possibility that the firm's calls are being monitored. This revelation takes her a step closer to uncovering a secret program in which the NSA funnels leads to the DEA, who then, uses a practice dubbed "Parallel Construction" to make up a credible story of how the lead came to them. Peter's ethics commissioner Marilyn is being hassled by Nelson Dubeck, from the Office of Public Integrity, regarding potential voter fraud. After Marilyn hands over the video of the stuffed ballots, Nelson approaches Alicia, and finally Will about the video, culminating in slapping Will with a subpoena to appear before a grand jury.
