Synopsis

Alicia and Cary represent Chumhum taking on the NSA, and win in the publicity sense. The NSA is also listening in on LG phone lines. They began listening with the Marwat informant case - episode #307 - and happen to still be listening, when they hear about the NSA law suit. They later connect Peter Florrick, Governor Elect, to a Somali sympathizer, Nisa's father, to justify continuing to listen. Cary and Alicia secure office space with surprise financial help from her mother, Veronica. Eli and Peter endeavor to get Chief Justice Ryvland to support Diane's nomination to the Supreme Court, without her distancing from Will.
