When a man is killed in an industrial park the team investigates. They learn the man worked for the Army and had access to ordinances like explosives. They learn he had explosives in his possession. Through his chats they learn who the buyer is. They arrest him. He says he killed him cause he couldn't get the amount he wants. He also tells them he has a buyer. He schedules the meeting and Tiff and Scola meet the buyer. When the buyer refuses to say anything important. They check him out and discover that he may have ties to the group led by the man who killed Hobbs. Tiff decides she wants to find him.
