When a colonel is kidnapped the team tries to find him. They find him but he was severely tortured and with his last breath he tells them they plan to hit the armory of the base he is assigned. They go there and discover they took a couple of missile launchers. They wonder as they going to use it for an act of terrorism. They discover the man who has them is an assassin who works for a drug cartel. Which rules out terrorism as the motive. They try to find out what he plans to use them for. Wallace learns Scola is considering taking another job following Nina's incident.
