When a girl appears to have been abducted the team investigates. Initially they learn her past is very sketchy. They also learn that she might be a thief and that she has more than one identity. They check her DNA and discover she's a girl who was abducted 18 years ago. And Isobel was the one who investigated it. At first she can't believe it cause she and her partner arrested the one who abducted and killed her. When. She looks back on the case she realizes that her partner May have worn him down to make him confess and that their evidence by present standards are not accurate. So she talks to the man and he gives them information that helps them find the one who abducted her both times.
