Synopsis

Carter, Abby and others remain quarantined while County General's evacuation goes awry during the smallpox crisis. Meanwhile, a grieving Corday heads home to London, where her Americanized ways raise eyebrows among her UK colleagues, and Romano's arm is amputated by a helicopter rotor and barely re-attached in time by Dr. Anspaugh.
