Synopsis

Two distinct cultures collide when Neela treats two Amish teenagers involved in a car accident. Corday and a few others mourn the loss of Dr. Romano. Elsewhere, Sam clashes with sympathetic Kovac when he pays too much attention to her trouble-prone son Alex and Lewis is pained when an unconscious 5-year-old girl cannot be traced to any parent or guardian.
