Synopsis

Zaytoon Mediterranean (Lansing, Mich.) • La Panadería (San Antonio, Tex.) • Capital City BBQ (Lansing, Mich.)

Guy's cruisin' from Michigan to Texas for killer cuisine with international flair. On the west side of Lansing, a joint celebratin' their Middle Eastern heritage with amazin' shawarma and lamb-stuffed grape leaves. In downtown San Antonio, a Mexican bakery down the street from the Alamo bakin' artisan old-school sourdough loaves and tequila-almond croissants.
