Synopsis

Johnny's Bar-B-Q (Mission, KS), RJ's Bob-Be-Que Shack (Mission, KS), Smokin' Guns BBQ (North Kansas City, MO), Woodyard Bar-B-Que (Kansas City, KS)

This trip Guy's on the inside track to Kansas City barbeque. In an industrial neighborhood, an award winning pit master serving up the KC specialty, burnt ends.
