Jules has a birthday coming up. She's turning 30-something. At least, that's what she's hoping others will think. She runs into a couple of old friends, Shanna and Frank, at the beach. Jules is taken aback by how quickly they blow her off. Ellie points out that Jules made them both uncomfortable because her white bathing suit is totally see-through when wet. And, well, she just came out of the ocean.

When Jules tries to apologize, Shanna is condescending and judgmental. It makes Jules want to skip out of town for her birthday. She convinces the always-bickering-at-each-other Ellie and Laurie to join her at a beach resort. With Bobby out of town, Grayson will be checking in on Travis while she's away. Sounds like a plan, right? Not to Travis. He wants Grayson to steer clear of his temporary bachelor pad.

When Travis is seen escorting a young lady into the house, Andy warns Grayson that he better do something about it. And, believe it or not, he does. Grayson tells Travis there are "no girls allowed." Travis decides to exact revenge on his meddling neighbor by pretending to come out of the closet just to mess with his head. Grayson falls for the ruse hook, line and sinker. We didn't know Trav was so devious.

In an effort to help Travis through this difficult time, Grayson reveals an embarrassing little tidbit about a past indiscretion with a male cousin. A male kissing cousin. Travis finds this very interesting. CUE THE GIRL TRAVIS BROUGHT HOME TO POP BACK IN. Travis lays a totally heterosexual kiss on his pretty guest. He says to Grayson, "I warned you not to mess with me." Yep, the kid's pretty darn devious.

As the ladies embark on their tropical getaway trip, Jules says, "Here, I'm Resort Jules. And Resort Jules is fun. And she's crazy. And she refers to herself in the third person like a professional athlete." One more thing. Resort Jules desperately wants Ellie and Laurie to get along. Think that'll happen?

Ellie's idea of fun is sitting in a private cabana avoiding men with tattoos. Laurie, on the other hand, enjoys sipping champagne while topless in a hot tub. The ladies are joined by a couple of bubble buddies, Jim and his friend Moobs (that's short for man boobs). When Jimmy-boy starts playing footsies with the birthday girl, Jules hops out of the tub leaving Laurie and Ellie behind to soak in their hatred of each other.

Jules runs into Frank, who's on vacation with Shanna. She learns that Shanna once asked Frank which of her friends he would like to be with if she dies. Guess who he picked. Fortunately, Frank and Shanna have plans in town, so Jules won't have to see them. She's psyched to spend her b-day night with Laurie and Ellie, but bummed to hear they plan to take her out separately. Jules decides she'd rather go out alone.

She meets up with Trent, the cute bellhop who checked them in. Too bad he's gay. Still, Resort Jules convinces him to play the role of Straight Trent as a birthday present. They end up dancing the night away in the hotel lobby. It's actually pretty sweet and a mild turn on for Jules. But, at the end of the day, Trent is still gay. Sigh.

Later, Jules takes a dip in the hot tub. Unfortunately, Frank and Shanna show up. Shanna promises to continue her Jules-bashing ways once they get back home. Jules tells Laurie and Ellie how mean Shanna has been to her. A short time later, Ellie and Laurie sidle up to Shanna and promise to beat the living crap out of her if she continues to trash Jules. These two don't agree on anything except the fact that nobody messes with their friend.

Back in the room, Laurie and Ellie show Jules just how much they've bonded with each other during the trip. Jules doesn't buy it. Yeah, they're faking. But even though they'll probably always despise each other, Jules can take comfort in the fact that they'll always have her back. Happy birthday, Jules!
