The contestants return from their morning workout to discover that the kitchen is empty, except for a note inviting them to meet Alison at the local grocery store. When the contestants arrive at the store, Alison tells them that they must buy all of their food for the week on a budget of $70 per person. For Danni, who is now the only remaining White Team member, this proves to be quite a challenge.

After only 15 minutes of shopping, the teams proceed to the checkout, concerned about working within their allotted budgets. In the end, all three teams come in under budget with what seems like more than enough food to get them through the week. It's a misnomer that eating healthy is expensive, and with a little knowledge and foresight, anyone can be healthy on a budget.

The Blue Team is the only team that still has all of its members, and some of them are becoming concerned. David and Gina have a private conversation to discuss the possibility that, if the Blue Team loses the weigh-in, one of them will be voted off. The teams hit the gym for their afternoon workout, and Bob knows that he must motivate his Blue Team to a higher intensity level.

Meanwhile, the pressure is getting to Alex. Bob becomes frustrated. Alex's numbers have been consistently low, and now she's losing motivation altogether. Bob decides that it's time to give Alex some personal attention. Alex is frustrated by her low numbers, and Bob encourages Alex to really work hard this week. She reluctantly agrees to push through the frustration.

Meanwhile, Danni hits the gym for some personal attention from Jillian. With only one team member left, Jillian takes a different approach. She becomes a gentle, nurturing trainer to Danni, and this new approach resonates with Danni. It seems that Jillian has found the key to motivating her only remaining team member.

Next, the trainers have video chats with their kids to check in on their progress. So far, the kids seem to be doing a great job. They're staying active and eating right, but Biingo is struggling with motivation because of his foot injury. Bob encourages Biingo to get outside and play baseball, and to rely on his friends for motivation.

Later, the trainers bring in the Biggest Loser chef, Devon Alexander, to show the contestants how to make healthy food taste great. Devon demonstrates a simple stuffed sweet potato dish that the contestants can't get enough of. Thanks to Chef Alexander, the contestants picked up some valuable tips for making meals that are healthy, affordable and delicious.

Bob meets with his Blue Team to see how they're feeling. The group is nervous about this week's weigh-in; but Bob is willing to put in the work to motivate his team, and the Blue Team is ready to take on the challenge, despite the pressure. This week's challenge is a water challenge, and the winning team will receive either a two-pound advantage at the weigh-in or a phone call home. The contestants must swim with a weight to the middle of a lagoon and deposit it into a fountain. The contestants are not excited about the challenge, but the prize is worth working for. It's exhausting, but eventually Danni pulls off a solo win for the White Team. She chooses the two-pound advantage at this week's weigh-in.

Next, David heads in to speak with Dr. Huizenga to see about the knee injury that's kept him on crutches for the past few weeks. David reveals that he had a previous injury Bob didn't know about. Bob tells David that it's okay for him to ask for help when he needs it, a symptom of a bigger emotional issue inside David. If Bob can't get David to open up about his emotions, he can't truly help him.

Danni meets with Jillian for her morning workout. Today, Jillian decides to focus on a rigorous kickboxing regime. Not only is it a good workout, but it also nourishes the fighter mentality that Danni needs to keep pushing. Meanwhile, Dolvett's Red Team is working incredibly hard in their Last-Chance Workout. Bob's Blue Team is frazzled and disappointed with their week's performance, so Bob pushes them extra hard.

Next, it's time for this week's weigh-in. Bob feels that his team is set up to lose tonight, but only the scale will tell. The Red Team weighs in first. Joe lost 11 pounds, finally breaking the 300-pound mark. It's a huge success for Joe. Francy dropped seven pounds; Jackson shed eight pounds, and Lisa lost five pounds. It was a great week for the Red Team.

Now it's the Blue Team's turn to weigh-in. Gina takes to the scale first and records a stunning 9-pound loss for the second week in a row. Michael and Jeff shed 13 pounds each; David loses 10 pounds, and Alex records her first double-digit loss of 10 pounds. The Blue Team had a fantastic week, and they've managed to avoid elimination again.

Now it's Danni's turn to hit the scale. She's the only remaining member of the White Team, and she must lose four pounds to avoid elimination. Danni feels confident and nervous at the same time. The scale ticks until it records a 9-pound loss for Danni. She's managed to avoid elimination, which means that a member of the Red Team is going home tonight.

It's time for the Red Team to decide which of their teammates is headed home. Since Joe lost the most weight for the team, he has immunity. The team members cast their votes, and in the end, they decide to send Lisa home because she's strong enough to continue her journey on her own. It's another sad week for the Red Team.
