Kai (Evan Peters) starts his campaign for a seat on city council. Ally (Sarah Paulson) distrusts the new occupants of the Chang's former home, the Wiltons. At Ally and Ivy's restaurant, tensions fuel between the head chef, Roger (Zack Ward), and a Hispanic employee, Pedro (Jorge-Luis Pallo). Later, the restaurant's security system trips and Ally goes investigate, where she finds Roger hanging on a hook amongst the meat in the pantry.
Pedro is suspected by Detective Samuels (Colton Haynes). Ally obtains a gun from the Wiltons. Thereafter, there is a power shortage in the city and Ally is terrorized by clowns in her house. Ivy (Alison Pill) sends Pedro to deliver supplies to the house and he is subsequently accidentally shot by Ally.
