Whoopi Goldberg is urging parents to become better role models for their children instead of letting them look up to celebrities.

AceShowbiz - Whoopi Goldberg admits she's angry about the number of leaked private videos showing stars in compromising positions, as she's adamant celebrities should be allowed to behave however they deem fit behind closed doors.
She also takes aim at parents who allow their kids to hold stars in such high esteem, because no-one can "live up to it".
Whoopi Goldberg tells "Piers MorganTonight", "Those (ideals) are too hard for anybody to live up to. People say, 'You are a role model for these kids and you should be doing or saying this', but the truth of the matter is I should not be your kids' role model, you should be your kids' role model, but you do not wanna be your kids' role model 'cos even you can't live up to it, so back off me.
"Famous people should consider themselves whatever they consider themselves but should know that the consequence of saying, 'I am a role model' is X, Y, Z. I'm saying no-one should be held to your idea of what their lives should be... that's not right, it's not fair and it says you can't have bad (times)."
