Spradling, who filed the final paperwork on Thursday, March 17, will maintain sole custody of the couple's 15-year-old daughter, Cooper.

The court ordered the occasional actor of "Grey's Anatomy" to pay $1,000-a-month in child support. Neither was mandated to pay spousal support.
