AceShowbiz - Mischa Barton had a brush with the law in London on Wednesday, January 5 night after cops spotted the actress and her boyfriend allegedly throwing items out of a cab. "The O.C." star and her partner, British DJ Ali Love, left a hotel in the U.K. capital in a taxi, but the vehicle was pulled over by police after cops allegedly saw the couple toss a number of unidentified items out of the window.
The officers were spotted talking to the cab driver before allowing the actress and her boyfriend to continue on their way, according to celebrity blogger Perez Hilton. Unfortunately paparazzi were there to capture the moment before they board the cab and after the arrest.
