AceShowbiz - Sandra Bullock's husband Jesse James is facing further public shame thanks to a new report suggesting he was embroiled in a sexual harassment scandal in 2007. The actress walked out on her husband last week after tattooed model Michelle McGee went public with claims she had an affair with the reality TV star while the Oscar-winner was away filming "The Blind Side" on location in 2009.

James has since apologized to his family, stating "It's because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way. This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused them. I hope one day they can find it in their hearts to forgive me."

But it appears there's more anguish for Bullock and disgrace for James to come - further damaging allegations have emerged in a report by TMZ. The website claims a female executive at James' West Coast Choppers motorbike company accused him of sexual harassment while the TV mechanic was wed to the actress in 2006 and 2007.

An unnamed woman alleged James made sexual advances and sent her suggestive emails. But no lawsuit was filed and James allegedly settled the the dispute for a reported $700,00. The website claims James neither admitted nor denied the allegations in the settlement documents.
