Linda Hamilton Dissatisfied With 'Terminator Salvation'
Movie

'The film was not nearly as exciting as I thought it should be,' says Linda Hamilton when sharing her disappointment with 'Terminator Salvation'.

AceShowbiz - Linda Hamilton was left disappointed by "Terminator Salvation" - insisting the movie paled in comparison to James Cameron's original films. Hamilton played iconic character Sarah Connor in "The Terminator" and "Terminator 2: Judgement Day" - Cameron's cult stories about a future war between humans and machines.

The director did not return to the franchise for 2003's "Terminator 3: Rise of The Machines" or the subsequent 2009 reboot featuring Christian Bale as freedom fighter John Connor. And Hamilton admits she was less than impressed with the latest movie.

She tells Digital Spy, "The film was not nearly as exciting as I thought it should be, which is funny because it had all those elements and good actors. You can take everything, throw everything and the kitchen sink in and it still was not a James Cameron film."

And the actress didn't like the computer-generated cameo appearance from her former co-star Arnold Schwarzenegger. She adds, "It was strange. I'm not sure that it was 100 per cent successful, either."
