AceShowbiz - Macklemore began his Free Palestine Tour with a powerful debut of his new protest song "Where Is Our Love" at a sold-out 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland, on October 26, 2026. The tour aims to raise funds for organizations supporting medical aid, education, advocacy, and humanitarian relief for Palestinians.

The Seattle rapper’s Dublin concert featured a mix of his popular hits such as "Chant," "Same Love," "Can't Hold Us," and the Grammy-winning "Thrift Shop," alongside the premiere of his latest politically charged track. The new song directly addresses the ongoing Palestinian conflict and reflects Macklemore's commitment to amplifying the message of unity and freedom for Palestinians.

During his performance, Macklemore paused to emphasize the meaning behind the tour’s name, highlighting the significance of the phrase "Free Palestine." He spoke about how these words are perceived as threatening by some, yet they represent a call for genuine freedom that cannot coexist with the oppression of others.

This tour follows Macklemore's controversial removal from Ed Sheeran's Loop Tour in September after openly expressing his support for Palestine during a MetLife Stadium show. At that event, he urged the audience to "Free Palestine" and voiced solidarity with Palestinians living in the West Bank and Gaza. Subsequently, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft reportedly barred him from performing at Gillette Stadium, citing previous accusations regarding antisemitic imagery and statements. Kraft also encouraged other stadium owners to exclude Macklemore from their venues but committed to matching the rapper’s $1 million donation pledge for Palestine.

Ed Sheeran later clarified that the decision to remove Macklemore was made by his promoter, not by him personally. The controversy sparked widespread discussion about artistic freedom and political expression in the music industry.

The Dublin show featured surprise appearances by several notable musical guests, including rapper M-1 of dead prez, singer-songwriter Hozier, the Irish rap group Kneecap, and folk band Beoga. Notably, Beoga had previously toured with Ed Sheeran but left that tour abruptly to support Macklemore.

After the concert, Macklemore took to Instagram to express his gratitude to the Dublin audience, describing the night as one of the most moving experiences of his career. He shared that he was emotionally overwhelmed throughout the performance, underscoring the deep personal significance of the tour’s message.

The Free Palestine Tour continues with two more sold-out dates: October 29 at Paris' Accor Arena and October 30 at London's OVO Arena Wembley. Fans and supporters eagerly anticipate these upcoming shows, which promise to further highlight Macklemore's activism and musical talent.
