Born Brytavious Lakeith Chambers, Tay Keith was found dead in his Nashville apartment during a welfare check prompted by a friend who had lost contact with him. Metro Nashville Police entered the residence with building staff assistance and discovered his body, stating that no foul play is suspected in his passing. The cause of death remains unknown. Tay Keith was 29 years old.
