Rather than directly addressing the serious allegations against her son, Gladys Baines chose to play his track "Shiesty Summer" during the brief live stream, which lasted just over a minute. During this time, one of her friends made an obscene gesture to the camera, reflecting their defiant attitude towards the growing scrutiny surrounding the case.

On the same day, Gladys Baines posted several messages on her Facebook page. Her posts included statements like, "I been blocked you hating mf's ... #Amen," followed by "my ears ringing. #keeptalking #blessingsonblessings," and "It's power in the name Jesus..."

These social media activities occurred just days after Pooh Shiesty and his father were arrested for allegedly orchestrating an armed robbery and kidnapping incident at a Dallas music studio. The incident involved Gucci Mane and others.

The federal indictment claims that Pooh Shiesty masterminded the plot while he was still under home detention, following his release from federal prison. His father, Lontrell Williams Sr., is accused of being an active participant in both the planning and execution of the crime alongside Memphis rapper Big 30 and six other individuals.

The situation remains complex as authorities continue their investigation, with Pooh Shiesty potentially facing life imprisonment if convicted on the serious charges related to kidnapping and robbery.
