The docuseries has reignited discussions about the show’s legacy, including the treatment of contestants and the role of host Tyra Banks.

In an interview with producer Carlos King, Jones expressed disappointment over Banks' portrayal in the series. While Banks addresses criticisms related to the show, Jones felt the response lacked sincerity. "I don't think it was very genuine," she said, emphasizing that she did not see vulnerability or empathy from Banks in the documentary.

The docuseries revisits the 24th season of ANTM, featuring testimony from former contestants who described experiences of body shaming and harsh treatment during filming. Despite the serious allegations presented, Jones clarified that her own experience on the show was mostly positive. She stated, "I have nothing bad to say about Tyra from my personal experience."

However, hearing other participants’ difficult stories deeply affected Jones. She admitted, "The documentary absolutely broke my heart." Throughout her season, Jones was notable as one of the first plus-size contestants to receive significant attention, marking an important moment in the show's history.
