AceShowbiz - Tracy Tutor, known for her role on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, has filed a civil lawsuit accusing real estate broker Oren Alexander of sexual assault and sex trafficking. The allegations stem from an incident she says occurred in New York in 2014.
According to the complaint submitted on March 5, Tracy Tutor attended a dinner in New York with Alexander and other real estate professionals affiliated with Douglas Elliman, where Alexander was employed at the time. Tutor alleges that during the dinner, she was given a drink and subsequently lost memory of the events that followed.
The lawsuit claims that she later woke up in an unfamiliar hotel room, discovering she was "surrounded by blood" and missing some personal belongings. The complaint identifies the location as a hotel room belonging to Jay Parker, CEO of Douglas Elliman Florida.
Additionally, the filing states that a friend who attended the dinner became alarmed when Tutor disappeared from the table. This friend later found her in a restroom stall accompanied by Alexander, confronted him, and assisted her in leaving the scene.
Alexander and his legal team have strongly denied the allegations, describing the lawsuit as "salacious and demonstrably false." Notably, Alexander and his brothers are currently facing separate federal sex trafficking charges in a New York trial, which they likewise deny.
This legal action adds to the ongoing scrutiny surrounding Alexander amid these serious accusations, while Tutor seeks justice through the civil court system for the alleged assault that took place nearly a decade ago.
