AceShowbiz - Glen Powell and Sydney Sweeney did little to supress their resurfaced dating rumors. In fact, Glen's sister Leslie Powell confirmed Sydney's attendance at her weekend nuptials in Dallas, Texas.
Following her wedding, Leslie posted multiple pictures from the celebration with one showing her posing with Sydney. Leslie was in a white dress and Sydney in a gown that had the same color as the bridesmaids.
In another group photo, Leslie was on a bus along with her famous brother, Glen, who looked dapper in his blue suit, and her bridesmaids who donned light-blue dresses.
While the guest list boasted famous names like Glen's "Scream Queens" co-star John Stamos, and the family's neighbour Jack McBrayer, tabloids particularly highlighted the reunion of Sydney and Glen.
Before the nuptials, they were spotted together at a rehearsal dinner. A source insisted they did not attend the wedding as a couple, and she had reportedly RSVP'd for the event months before her relationship issue.
This meeting came amidst persistent gossip about their off-screen chemistry following their collaboration in "Anyone But You". Both actors have consistently denied these romance rumors although they admit to leveraging the speculation to promote their film.
Sydney's presence at the wedding also coincided with reports that she may have split from her fiance, Jonathan Davino. The couple, who have been engaged since 2022 after being linked romantically since 2018, called off their wedding earlier this year.
This was followed by her prolonged stay in a hotel with her pals instead of Davino, her girls' trip to Africa, the removal of his photo from her Instagram, and pictures of her without engagement ring.
Glen told The New York Times in April 2024, "Sydney and I have a ton of fun together, and we have a ton of effortless chemistry. That's people wanting what's on the screen off the screen, and sometimes you just have to lean into it a bit - and it worked wonderfully."
