AceShowbiz - "Sister Wives" star Madison Brush, 28, and her husband Caleb Brush have announced the arrival of their fourth child, a baby girl named Emilia Estelle Brush. Madison broke the happy news on Instagram.
"Absolutely worth the wait, Miss Emilia Estelle Brush has finally made her grand entrance!" she captioned a sweet photo of Emilia resting peacefully in her bassinet.
Emilia joins big siblings Axel, 7, Evie, 5, and Josephine, 2, rounding out the Brush family. The newborn was swaddled in a purple onesie and matching hat, with a pink pacifier in her mouth.
Madison's heartfelt post continued, "Our sweet girl took her time, keeping us all in suspense, but when she decided it was time - she didn't waste a second. Born on 3/14, she arrived absolutely perfect. We are completely smitten with our newest little love."
The announcement of Emilia's birth comes in the wake of ongoing familial strife for the Brown family. Madison's parents, Janelle and Kody Brown, parted ways in December 2022 after a nearly 30-year polygamous marriage.
This was followed by Kody's separation from two other wives, Christine in November 2021, and Meri in January 2023, leaving him married solely to his fourth wife, Robyn Brown.
Madison has been open about her estranged relationship with her father. She revealed on her podcast, "The Authentic Society", that the lack of respect for personal boundaries has led to a severed relationship. "He doesn't have any respect for boundaries, and you have to play by his rules, and I just don't care to do that," Madison shared.
Unfortunately, Kody's strained relationship with Madison extends to her children, who do not have any contact with him either. Janelle acknowledged this disconnection in an episode of "Sister Wives".
She said, "Kody really did kind of cut off communication with Caleb and Maddie when the family started to really dissolve, and the kids really don't know who he is. He's not been out to visit. He doesn't call."
Adding further emotional depth to the family saga, Madison's brother Garrison tragically took his own life a year ago at age 25. "A whole 365 days without you. Not a day goes by that I don't miss you, Garrison," Madison honored her late sibling ina recent post.
Her poignant message continued, "I hope and pray you've found peace, rest, and the comfort that eluded you here. Until we meet again, little brother."
Despite the familial challenges, Madison's celebration of Emilia's birth marks a new chapter for the Brush family, filled with hope and joy.
