Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds took center stage during 'Saturday Night Live 50th Anniversary Special' and they didn't shy away from the ongoing legal dispute with Justin Baldoni.

AceShowbiz - Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively tried to shake off controversies surrounding them during their first major public appearance together on the star-studded "Saturday Night Live 50th Anniversary Special" in New York City.

During a Q&A session hosted by "SNL" alums Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, the spotlight fell on the "Deadpool" actor, who didn't miss the chance to crack jokes on his and wife's legal disputes with "It Ends With Us" co-star and director, Justin Baldoni.

As Reynolds stood up to ask his question, Fey greeted him, "Hey Ryan, how's it going?" to which he responded, "Great. Why, what have you heard?" Seated next to her husband, Lively looked up in shock to his question before smiling. "Nothing, nope," Poehler said as the audience chuckled.

Reynolds then asked about the Coneheads' prosthetics on a famous SNL sketch from the '70s, "The materials they made the coneheads with, are those edible?" to which Fey responded, "Edible? No, no, and based on them being made in 1975 I'd assume that they're highly toxic."

This might be another subtle dig at Baldoni, given that Lively accused the "Jane the Virgin" alum of fostering toxic work environment on the set of their movie.

Whether or not Reynolds took a dig at Baldoni, his appearance with his wife at "SNL50" has successfully captured everyone's attention.
