AceShowbiz - Following his inflammatory outburst targeting Jews and Taylor Swift, Kanye West decided to step away from Twitter/X. His page was deactivated after Elon Musk decided to classify his account as "NSFW."

"Given what he has posted, his account is now classified as NSFW. You should not be seeing that anymore," the Tesla boss explained.

In a final message before leaving, West thanked X owner Elon Musk for allowing him the platform to express his views.

"I'm logging out of Twitter. I appreciate Elon for allowing me to vent. It has been very cathartic to use the world as a sounding board. It was like an Ayahuasca trip. Love all of you who gave me the energy and attention. To we connect again. Good afternoon and goodnight," West wrote.

In his tirade, Kanye West also called for P. Diddy's release from prison. He defended the incarcerated rapper for hitting Cassie, suggesting that some women deserved beating and men were the real victims.

In other posts, he declared himself as Nazi and showed love for Hitler while saying that Jews were not to be trusted.

The backlash against Kanye has been loud, but Elon Musk didn't take any action until David Schwimmer accused the Tesla billionaire of being complicit due to his silence.

"We can't stop a deranged bigot from spewing hate-filled, ignorant bile… but we CAN stop giving him a megaphone, Mr. Musk," the actor wrote on Instagram. "Kanye West has 32.7 million followers on your platform, X. That's twice as many people than the number of Jews in existence. His sick hate speech results in REAL LIFE violence against Jews."

Kanye has been staying away from social media in the past few years since his fallout with Adidas due to similar anti-Semitic rant. He was back on Instagram and Twitter only recently, just before Grammy Awards where he had his wife expose herself in see-through dress.

While Kanye left Twitter, his Instagram account remains for now although it has been wiped clean.
