According to sources, the estranged couple exchanged Christmas presents during the meal. An insider revealed to Page Six, "They have every intention of continuing to be in each other's lives despite not being romantically involved."

While Lopez filed for divorce in August, the pair's collaborative projects thrive. Their latest work, "Unstoppable" and the upcoming "Kiss of the Spider Woman", are evidence of their creative partnership. Affleck executive produced both films while Lopez starred in them.

On the personal front, the connection between Lopez and Affleck remains strong mainly due to their children. Both have had previous marriages, which also bind them through their shared parental responsibilities, especially since their children have grown close to each other following the couple's wedding.
