Following the success of the 2022 series "Man vs Bee," Atkinson returns as Trevor Bingley, the endearing housesitter who previously faced chaos caused by an insect in a high-tech mansion. This time, Trevor's journey takes a surprising turn as he is tasked with looking after a luxurious London penthouse while accompanied by an unlikely companion - a baby.
The upcoming series is a collaboration between Rowan Atkinson and screenwriter Will Davies, who co-created and wrote the show. Consisting of four episodes, "Man vs Baby" promises the same slapstick humor and chaotic situations that fans loved in "Man vs Bee."
According to the official synopsis, "After a disastrous experience housesitting a high-tech mansion hampered by an inconvenient insect in Man vs Bee, Trevor Bingley now finds himself looking after a luxurious London penthouse, with another unlikely companion he didn't ask for."
In "Man vs Bee," Atkinson portrayed Trevor Bingley, a family man and new employee at House Sitters Deluxe, who struggled with a persistent bee while trying to maintain the pristine condition of a millionaire's mansion.
The series was a hit, reminiscent of Atkinson's iconic role in "Mr. Bean." This time around, the series continues the theme of Trevor coping with unconventional challenges, combining physical comedy with heartwarming moments.
