Spice has consistently denied using weight loss drugs. During an interview in August, she expressed confusion about Ozempic and emphasized her reliance on "the gym, eating healthy, and being on tour."

Her rigorous gym workouts have been documented on social media, alongside captions like "we beatin them allegations bae❤️." She attributes much of her weight loss to her active lifestyle and improved nutrition.

"It's called being on tour. Like, what the hell? Maybe if I was sitting home all day, it would be easier to stay big," she said.

In a Rolling Stone interview, Spice revealed her focus on healthy eating to make the most of her youth and health. She acknowledges the pressure women face in a "misogynistic world," where certain opportunities are contingent on physical attractiveness. Despite the challenges, Spice remains confident in her journey.
