Spice has consistently denied using weight loss drugs. During an interview in August, she expressed confusion about Ozempic and emphasized her reliance on "the gym, eating healthy, and being on tour."
Her rigorous gym workouts have been documented on social media, alongside captions like "we beatin them allegations baeâ¤ï¸." She attributes much of her weight loss to her active lifestyle and improved nutrition.
"It's called being on tour. Like, what the hell? Maybe if I was sitting home all day, it would be easier to stay big," she said.
