AceShowbiz - Nick Cannon still rallies behind Orlando Brown after the latter made bombshell claims about the reason why the multi-hyphenate called it quits with Mariah Carey. Instead of clapping back at the problematic actor, the TV host pitied him and defended him against media's exploitation.

Nick, who shares two children with his ex-wife Mariah, responded to Orlando's claims via X, formerly known as Twitter, on Monday, November 2. "Man I love this brother Orlando! Sincerely I believe this young man is brilliant and beyond talented!" he wrote. The father of twelve added, "It hurts me to see him crash out like this and truly disappointed in all these media outlets who continue to exploit him."

Nick issued the statement after Orlando doubled down on the reason why the host of "The Masked Singer" separated from singing diva Mariah. During an appearance on Deshae Frost's livestream, the actor said that he had an alleged sexual encounter with Nick.

"When it came down to Nick Cannon, he do really like to suck cannons and that's what he does. He sucked a good cannon on me," he began in his unhinged rant. "Nick, you sucked my d**k! And don't you ever forget it. That's why Mariah Carey left - you're a** and you are lying n***a!" he said to the camera. "Stop lying, running around here with Kevin Hart."

This isn't the first time Orlando has accused Nick of a sexual encounter with him. In 2020, he claimed that the "Nick Cannon Presents: Wild 'n Out" host performed oral sex on him. "And I liked it. It was OK," Orlando said in a video. "But everybody knows you did it as a female."

At the time, Nick also reacted to the allegation with grace. "This is another crucial example of when we allow our young artists to be prematurely exposed by this demonic business and left out to fend for themselves. We need better support systems for our youth and take care of our own," so the 44-year-old comedian said of the former child actor. "I watched various of this young brother's videos and all I see is a cry out for help."

Orlando is no stranger to making outrageous claims and displaying erratic behaviors in public, likely attributed to his addictions and mental health issues. Earlier this year, he also bizarrely claimed that he has slept with a number of famous male celebrities, such as Drake and Usher.

In the same livestream session with Deshae, Orlando claimed that he slept with her parents. " 'We listen and we don't judge,' " he read something on Dehsae's screen, before bursting out, "I had sex with my mama and my daddy. 'We listen and we don't judge!' I got a baby with my mama and my daddy. 'We listen and we don't judge!' And I'm telling you the motherf***ing truth! [...] Thank you for giving me some p***y. I love my mom for that, you know? She taught me how to f**k like a man. My own mother did."
