AceShowbiz - Tom Hanks appeared to have had a blast during a day out with his granddaughter. Despite rarely making a public appearance with Michaiah, the "A Man Called Otto" actor spent time together with his son Chet Hanks' daughter.

In a series of pictures that made their rounds online on Tuesday, November 26, it could be seen that the 68-year-old actor was out and about in Los Angeles, California days prior. He was strolling around Brentwood with his 8-year-old granddaughter.

Tom apparently was joined by Michaiah during a grocery shopping as he was seen carrying a white plastic bag. They were photographed walking close next to each other when they crossed a street. He appeared to be very protective of the young girl as he seemingly placed his hand on her upper back.

Tom and Michaiah were also spotted having a nice conversation and walking side-by-side on the side of the road. Both of them looked in good spirits with her flashing her radiant smile in some of the snaps. At one point, she patiently waited for her grandfather when he took a selfie with an unidentified man, whose face was not included in the picture.

For the relaxing stroll, Tom went with a casual outfit, including a black tee that came with a high neck design. He wore the top underneath a long-sleeved navy blue jacket that featured a zipper. He also sported a pair of long black pants.

The "Greyhound" actor completed the look with a pair of black sneakers. He accessorized himself with a pair of black sunglasses and a silver wrist watch. In addition, his short hair was covered with a light-colored Los Angeles Dodgers hat.

As for Michaiah, whom Chet shares with his former girlfriend Tiffany Miles, she looked chic in a pink top that had a 3D black butterfly embellishment on its front side. She also donned a black denim jacket, a pair of light blue jeans as well as white-and-pink sneakers. Furthermore, her long black hair was let loose.
