AceShowbiz - New bombshell allegations against Kanye West have made their rounds online. The "All of the Lights" rapper has been accused of sexually assaulting a model when they were on a music video set.
On Friday, November 22, TMZ claimed that Jennifer An "filed a federal lawsuit against" the 47-year-old hip-hop artist. In the court documents that were obtained by the media outlet, she alleged that "the 2010 shoot for his and La Roux's 'In for the Kill' music video took a horrible turn."
Jennifer, who made an appearance in cycle 13 of "America's Next Top Model", is suing the spitter and Universal Music Group for gender-motivated violence. She also accused the record label and "high-profile figures" of trying to "bury" the incident.
Jennifer claimed that in the beginning of the filming, Kanye, who is also famous as Ye, "picked her out of a lineup of women." He reportedly said, "Give me the Asian girl." The filming, which felt more like "pornographic gagging/deep throat/BDSM fetishes" than a music video shoot to her, was conducted at Chelsea Hotel in New York City.
For the filming, Jennifer opted to wear "very revealing lingerie." Ye appeared to have liked the model's choice of style as he allegedly told her, "That's why I chose you." She claimed that he instructed her to "sit in a chair across from him" before telling the director to "put the camera directly on" her.
According to Jennifer, Ye began strangling her and smothering her face with both of his hands. He allegedly "rammed several fingers down her throat, continuously moved them in and out, and gagged her to emulate forced oral sex." In the legal papers, she noted that it went for more than one minute. She also claimed that she heard him screaming, "This is art. This is f**king art. I am like Picasso."
However, two music videos for "In for the Kill" on YouTube do not feature Ye and Jennifer. Though so, the 2010 music video appeared to have been taken at a hotel. The rapper is featured on the "In for the Kill" remix, which was launched back in 2009.
