AceShowbiz - Pete Davidson is well and enjoying life amid false claims that he went into a rehabilitation facility for the second time this year. The former star of "Saturday Night Live" was spotted out and about on Tuesday, November 19.

In a photo obtained by Deuxmoi, Pete could be seen in great spirits during an outing in New York. An anonymous tipster said that "The Suicide Squad" actor was spotted "at a farm/orchard in NY state rn!"

For the occasion, the comedian donned a dark sweatshirt and light-washed jeans. He paired the look with a white beanie and black-and-white shoes as he put his focus on his handphone.

Upon catching wind of Pete's new snap, a fan expressed their support for the star. "Personally, Autumnal delights fix my mental health. I get it," one commented.

The new picture emerged after "The Bachelor" alum Maria Georgas took to her Instagram account to set the record straight about her alleged fling with the "Bupkis" star, who was recently rumored to be in rehab. "Never dated Pete. False rumor! I'm friends with his sister. Case closed."

In a separate post, Maria also shut down claims that Pete sought help for his mental health issues again. "Just spoke to his sister. He's not in rehab and has been sober for months." The 30-year-old, who previously appeared in Joey Grazidei's season of "The Bachelor", added, "Can't believe this s**t, it's very insulting to his recovery and my mental health. He's literally home."

Prior to this, a source told The U.S. Sun that Pete had "checked into rehab in Florida fairly recently," alleging that he had "flown in on a private jet." The source added that the former boyfriend of Kim Kardashian was "in pretty bad shape" and "not in a good place" after he split from Maria.
