Ahead of his debut performance at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Luke Grimes revealed that welcoming his first child with his wife has had a significant impact on his upcoming album.

AceShowbiz - Ahead of his debut performance at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Luke Grimes, 40, revealed that welcoming his first child with wife Bianca Rodrigues Grimes has had a significant impact on his upcoming album.

"Having my baby has changed everything," said Grimes. "My heart has grown, and I feel a love I never knew possible." This love and newfound responsibility have heavily influenced his next musical release, which he says will draw inspiration from his son's presence.

The birth of his child has also brought Grimes even closer to his wife. "It's brought us together in a way we didn't think possible," he explained. "We're now a team, working together for the sake of our little boy."

Grimes emphasized that his son's arrival has shifted his priorities, with family now taking precedence over his entertainment career. "Yellowstone and the other stuff are great, but having my own family brings me more joy than anything," he said.

In an exclusive interview at his Grand Ole Opry debut, Grimes shed light on the fate of John Dutton (Kevin Costner) on "Yellowstone." Grimes confirmed that it was always intended for Dutton to "go away" to fuel the show's storyline.

"I think originally he was supposed to die much earlier," Grimes said. "We were lucky to have Kevin on the show as long as we did." He compared Dutton's death to iconic characters in dramas like "The Godfather" and "Succession."
