McRae's album titled So Close to What" is set for release on February 21 via RCA Records. The "Miss Possessive" tour will kick off on March 18, 2025, in Mexico City and travel through South America, Europe, the United Kingdom and North America before concluding at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on September 26. Fellow singers Zara Larsson and Benee will join as special guests on certain dates.
Along with the tour and album announcements, McRae also released her new single "2 Hands" and its accompanying music video. The song follows her successful release of "It's ok I'm ok," which reached the Billboard Hot 100's top 10.
