AceShowbiz - John Krasinski is PEOPLE's Sexiest Man Alive 2024 and he isn't ashamed to reveal his dirty little trick. After Stephen Colbert announced on his late-night talk show that the actor landed the title, the former "The Office" star shared his secret to become sexy.

During his appearance in the Tuesday, November 12 episode of "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert", the husband of Emily Blunt and the host filmed a hilarious infomercial for "6 Simple Steps to Sexiness," in which John taught Stephen how to become PEOPLE's Sexiest Man Alive.

John's advice included not eating unhealthy snacks, taking raw eggs and stealing sexy DNA. That's when Chris Evans made a cameo appearance with Stephen using a giant cotton swab to steal the actor's DNA, which was then turned into a Sexy DNA serum extracted from the "Avengers" actor's saliva.

John poured the "serum" on Stephen's face and the latter felt "sexy" after drinking it. The video ended with the comedian waking up in bed with his face turning into Chris' but still having his voice. However, John revealed that the effect of the serum won't last longer than the duration of the commercial.

In the new issue of PEOPLE, John joked he had an "immediate blackout" and "zero thoughts" upon learning he was crowned the Sexiest Man Alive. "Other than maybe I'm being punked," he added. "That's not how I wake up, thinking, 'Is this the day that I'll be asked to be Sexiest Man Alive?' And yet it was the day you guys did it. You guys have really raised the bar for me."

As to how his wife Emily reacted to the news, he shared that the British actress was "very excited" to hear the news, and "there was a lot of joy involved in me telling her." He shared that his wife joked she would wallpaper their Brooklyn home with the magazine cover if her husband ever received the honor.
