AceShowbiz - Sally Field apparently is disappointed with Kamala Harris' loss in the 2024 presidential election. Upon learning that Donald Trump won the election, the former "Brothers & Sisters" star ditched Kamala signs in trash.
In a series of pictures that made their rounds online on Friday, November 8, it could be seen that the 78-year-old actress stepped out around her neighborhood. The photos were taken on her birthday two days prior.
Sally was photographed walking towards the trash as she carried two big signs. While one of them featured a "HARRIS WALZ" writing on it, the other one read, "vote Pro-Choice, Pro-Equality, Pro-Democracy." She then stood in front of the trash before putting the signs inside the trash one by one.
At that time, Sally did not appear to be in good spirits. The "Dispatches from Elsewhere" alum showed a stoic facial expression without a smile on her face. Furthermore, she seemingly was listening to music as she wore a pair of white wireless earphones.
Sally was wearing a casual and comfy outfit. She opted to wear a light gray top that came with orange graphics on its front side. Over the tee, she donned a matching jacket. She also sported a pair of long gray sweatpants and navy blue slip-on shoes. Ditching her accessories, she parted her shoulder-length gray hair in the middle and styled it in two braids.
The new sighting came after Donald Trump was announced as the winner of the 2024 presidential election. Prior to the revelation, Sally publicly voiced her support for Kamala and Tim Walz. On Tuesday, she endorsed the Vice President via Instagram.
Sally uploaded a series of photos featuring herself rocking a Kamala Harris top. Along with the pictures, Sally wrote, "Whether you're a Democrat, a Republican or an Independent - vote for Democracy, for human rights, for women's rights, for sanity, for hope, for @kamalaharris & @timwalz."
