AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift's brother Austin Swift came to the rescue of a fan at the singer's "Eras Tour" concert in Indianapolis on Saturday, November 3. The fan, dressed as Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce in full uniform, including a helmet, was being escorted out of the VIP area when Austin intervened.
According to a video posted on TikTok, a security guard was seen grabbing the fan by the arms and pushing her away, saying that the helmet was "not allowed." Austin, 32, stepped in and diffused the situation, telling the guard, "Hey, let's not put hands on people."
He then addressed the fan, apologizing for the guard's behavior and complimenting her costume. Austin reassured her, saying, "We're all good here, right?" and allowed her to stay at the concert. He even gave her some guitar picks as a token of apology.
Kelce himself was in attendance at the show along with Austin and Taylor's parents, Scott and Andrea Swift. The Super Bowl champion had surprised Taylor and her family with his appearance, having made a last-minute decision to join them after practice earlier that day.
Austin has been supportive of Taylor's relationship with Travis since the pair began dating last year. In December 2023, he gifted Travis a VHS of his favorite football movie, "Little Giants".
The incident highlights the bond between Austin and Taylor, who have a close sibling relationship. Austin has often expressed his pride in Taylor's accomplishments and has publicly praised her talents as an artist. Meanwhile, Austin himself has been featured on Travis Kelce's podcast, where he was praised for his thoughtfulness and generosity.
