The TV host/actor, who once dated the Vice President, claps back at wild claims that there is a supposed adult video involving him and the Democratic presidential candidate being shopped around.

AceShowbiz - Montel Williams is not having it that someone is trying to slander his ex Kamala Harris. As the election is fast approaching, wild speculation has swirled on the Internet claiming that the politician is featured in a secret sex tape along with the TV host/actor, who once dated the Vice President.
"Wow, I was just informed by my friend, who is the CEO of a large tech company, that there is allegedly a sex tape being shopped around involving Kamala Harris and Montel Williams," someone posted on X, formerly known as Twitter. "This could break the internet and seriously damage the Harris campaign with just 8 days until the election."
Williams caught wind of the tweet and quickly set things straight. Hitting back at the baseless rumor, he wrote, "Wow, I hear a blogger I've never heard of got millions of views claiming someone is 'shopping' a sex tape of me that will 'break the internet.' " He went on to state plainly, "Let's 'break the internet' w/ truth - there is no tape. Kamala Harris's surge clearly has some people worried."
Williams has since been praised for standing up for Harris despite the end of their relationship over two decades ago. "I love that Montell is defending her character non stop even though they’ve been broken up for over two decades. You can tell they cared about each other," someone commented on his tweet. Another reacted to the rumor, "People are really getting dusty , dirty, and desperate! This is so disgusting! Glad Montell said something."
In 2019, Williams confirmed he "briefly dated" Harris when they were both single. "@KamalaHarris and I briefly dated about 20 years ago when we were both single," he wrote in an X post. "So what? I have great respect for Sen. Harris. I have to wonder if the same stories about her dating history would have been written if she were a male candidate?"
Williams has also spoken up in defense of Harris during the presidential run. Earlier this year, he took a swipe at Donald Trump's vice presidential running mate, Ohio Senator J.D. Vance, for calling Harris and other top Democrats "childless cat ladies."
