AceShowbiz - Country music sensation Kelsea Ballerini, 31, and her boyfriend, actor Chase Stokes, 32, have taken their relationship to the next level. On her latest song "Baggage", Ballerini hints at a significant milestone in their romance, cohabitation. "I wouldn't wanna do it with anybody else," she sings, referencing the couple's move-in together.
Ballerini shared with PEOPLE that they are "unpacked" and living happily together. "Baggage", which Ballerini describes as "blissful acceptance," is a standout track on her highly anticipated fifth album "Patterns", released on October 25.
In this album, Ballerini vulnerably recounts her journey of moving on from her divorce with Morgan Evans, 39, and embracing love anew. "I felt timid and like, 'Am I damaged goods?' " Ballerini confessed. "But with 'Baggage', it's about embracing who I am, what I bring to the table, and not apologizing for my path."
Stokes has been a steadfast supporter of Ballerini's music. In his Instagram post, he praised "Patterns" as "a soundtrack to our human experience" and expressed his love for her.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Ballerini named Stokes' confidence in their relationship as its "hottest part." She recalled the first photo he posted of her before they had even defined their relationship. "He was like, 'This is us. Here we are.' He full-sent that."
Ballerini and Stokes have been inseparable since they started dating in January 2023. They have shared numerous affectionate moments on social media and supported each other's professional endeavors. Stokes even starred in the music video for Ballerini's song "First Rodeo", inspired by their relationship.
"Patterns'"marks a pivotal chapter in Ballerini's career. It follows her critically acclaimed 2023 EP "Rolling Up the Welcome Mat", which earned a Grammy nomination for Best Country Album.
