"The past keeps chasin' me around /I thought I lost it but then it found me /Like it always does /Dragging me back to who I was," sings Stefani.
"Swallow My Tears" is the third single to be released from "Bouquet," following "Purple Irises" and "Somebody Else's." The album is set for release on November 15 via Interscope Records. Recorded in Nashville with an all-star band, "Bouquet" is described as a collection of Seventies pop-rock radio gems, reflecting Stefani's musical influences.
Speaking about "Bouquet," Stefani shared, "It's all the stuff I listened to in the station wagon on the way to church... I wanted this album to reflect that."
