On Thursday, October 24, a source spilled Patrick and Brittany's desire to give the 34-year-old superstar and the 35-year-old tight end a special role. Speaking to The U.S. Sun, the source said, "They see them as the best people to be the godfather and godmother of the next child."

On the reason why, the source explained, "The Mahomes love how both are together. They trust them so much to be the best guys for the 'job,' " before noting that "it feels like a natural choice." The source also stated that "Patrick and Brittany love to spend time with Travis and Taylor."
